About This Scholarship
The Swedish Institute Scholarships for Global Professionals (SISGP) is one of the most sought-after scholarships for Master's studies in Sweden. It is awarded to highly qualified international students who wish to pursue a Master's degree at a Swedish university starting in the autumn semester.
The SISGP aims to develop future global leaders who will contribute to a positive development in their home countries and to a more sustainable world — economically, socially and environmentally.

- Monthly living grant of SEK 11,000 (approximately €970)

Eligible countries: Sub-Saharan Africa, Asia, Eastern Europe & Central Asia, Latin America, Middle East & North Africa (specific country list on SI website).
Eligibility Requirements
- Citizens of SISGP-eligible countries (check si.se for the full country list)
- Applying to a qualifying Master's program in Sweden starting autumn of the scholarship year
- At least 3,000 hours (approximately 2 years full-time) of documented work experience after completing first university degree
- Strong academic record
- Demonstrated leadership potential
- Not currently studying or living in Sweden
- Must apply to Swedish university admission simultaneously through universityadmissions.se
